What an alert looks like

Every alert tells you three things: the merchant, the amount, and why we noticed it. Then it asks one simple question.
- “Yes, it’s mine” — we remember, and we get quieter about that merchant
- “No, I don’t recognize it” — we walk you through what to do next
- “I’m not sure” — call or text a real person
